Travel
For those traveling by plane, we advise flying in and out of Zürich Airport. From there, it is a 3-hour drive to the Grand Hotel Kronenhof. We will arrange complimentary shuttle services between the airport and the hotel on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday of the wedding weekend. Please let us know your arrival/departure times and dates by end of June so that we can arrange shuttles at the most preferable times for the whole group.
From Zürich Airport, you may also take a train to the station in Samedan, where a complimentary shuttle from the hotel will pick you up. The train takes 3 to 3.5 hours with one transfer. The shuttle takes 10 minutes. Please let us know if you plan to travel by train, and we will arrange the hotel shuttles for you.
Depending on your travel plans before or after the wedding weekend, you may be interested in flying in or out of other airports in the region. From the Milano Malpensa Airport, it is a 3-hour drive to the Grand Hotel Kronenhof.
Hotel Accommodations
To facilitate your check-in, please provide the following information to the hotel when booking, either by phone or email. Guest name(s), date of birth, mobile phone number, passport number, passport issue and expiration dates, credit card information. If you would prefer not to send passport and credit card information digitally, you can wait until check-in on site.
INFO THE HOTEL WILL NEED
We have reserved the entire Grand Hotel Kronenhof for your convenience from Friday, August 22nd to Sunday, August 24th. All rooms are available at extremely preferable rates on these days. You may also extend your stay if you would like to explore all that the region has to offer!

how to reserve
In case of maximum capacity, we have reserved rooms at the beautiful Hotel Walther, also at discounted rates from Friday to Sunday. Should the Kronenhof be full when you email, they will advise you accordingly.
It is a 13-minute walk between the hotels, and a 3-minute drive, with round-the-clock complimentary shuttle service between the two. All guests staying at the Hotel Walther will be able to enjoy the full amenities at the Grand Hotel Kronenhof.
